Let me introduce Myself

My roots

Born and raised as a true Berliner, I see my self as a global citizen. I had the opportunity to live in Switzerland and the US, and now live in Luxembourg.

Equipped with a Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from TU Berlin. I still hold very fond memories of these days. During my studies I was a fellow of the Friedrich-Naumann-Stiftung für die Freiheit.

I have dedicated over three decades to the Boy Scouts. I am passionate with a spirit of active service to others. I constantly strive to evolve. I focus on ongoing learning and reflection. I am committed to becoming the best possible version of myself and help others realize their goals.

I personally enjoy yoga, meditation and bouldering. Today I speak German, English, Luxembourgish and French.

My profession

My professional journey began with learning about LeanSixSigma methodology and Theory of Constraints. I had the opportunity to apply them in different industries from payment providers and manufacturing to construction sites.

However, recognizing the limitations of mere process optimization, I shifted my focus towards Organization Transformation & Digital Tools.

I learned the craftsmanship of consulting after my studies. For almost a decade I worked in this profession. As a consultant I had opportunity to contribute to the transformation of Germany’s largest enterprises.

Afterward, I transitioned to the role of an industrial program manager in a multinational corporation. I spearheaded the establishment of a new business domain. Today I am a team leader at a Big4 Firm driving its digital transformation. With passion I ventured into the realm of professional coaching to further enhance my individual impact and serve others.
